We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking front office executive to join our team!
Greet and welcome guests
Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls
Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures
Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel
Organizing transport services for guests at their request
Providing guests with information about the hotel
Degree or diploma or any other equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Salary (in Rupees) : 12000 to 20000 – not a constraint for right candidate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-presented and professional appearance
Competency with Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Must have flexible hours
